As the Event Planner you are in charge. You can pick planning events sites, coordinate the event, market the event and get seats filled with qualified individuals we are looking for you.

Requirements:

ü  Must have a minimum of 3 years’ related experience with a proven record of success.

ü  Experienced in: incentive sales, meeting planning, special event management, and event production.

ü  The Event Planner must be goal oriented, a strategic thinker, self-starter and self-disciplined; demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills, time-management and attention to detail, as well as the ability to handle multiple priorities with an attitude towards motivating and contributing to team efforts.

ü  Good computer skills a must (including some experience in MS Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and ACT!).

Capabilities:

Personal skills of the Event Planner  must include excellent presentation, personal interaction, math and writing abilities and a creative mind with an eye for design and logistics. This candidate must enjoy the process of building professional relationships within the corporate, incentive & association communities, local hotels, and related contacts.
